ISOLA’s Future Role in Ship Security

ISOLA System can act as a Security Superintendence Tool onboard passenger vessels. It enhances the ship’s security as it offers 24/7 continuous security surveillance, early external and internal security threats’ detection. It collects, fuses and analyses all data required on a 24/7 basis throughout the ship’s outer security perimeter and in all sensitive places on board to support security crisis classification, decision making to respond to incidents, evidence protection, incidents’ formal reporting and preventive/corrective actions processes. It assists crews and security personnel to fulfil their mission at a higher level of accomplishment, by enhancing their situational awareness and minimising human element errors and other objective shortfalls.
